SUB JUNIOR FUNKY Jazz
FAD Sub Junior Class is a specially designed pre-school age class. It's an activity based class with bright fun exercise music eg Hi 5, to maintain their interest level. This class commences building the fundamentals of Jazz dance, fitness, strength, flexibility, co-ordination, rhythm in a fun bright atmosphere.
JUNIOR AND SUB SENIOR FUNKY Jazz
Fitness and Dance offers professionally designed programs tailored specifically to cater for 5 - 9 age groups. The classes are fun and exciting with a focus on developing the fundamentals of Jazz dance technique while building a young dancer's self-confidence and esteem. Enthusiastic and motivated Fitness and Dance Instructors instil a love of dance and music in all who take part. Our programs use fun, upbeat, current music that our young dancers can easily recognise.
SENIOR AND INTERMEDIATE FUNKY Jazz
FAD offers Senior and Intermediate levels that cater for students from 10 years of age. No experience is necessary as these classes are age based. Routines are choreographed with an emphasis on developing fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination and rhythm. Routines are fun and upbeat to current top 40 style music. Our instructors encourage a friendly, supportive environment where every class member is encouraged to achieve their individual best.
ADVANCED FUNKY Jazz
Dancers wanting a greater challenge or those with many years of experience are invited to join one of FAD’s Advanced levels. These levels are an extension of the regular FAD Dance Program and students from these classes often go on to join performance and eisteddfod teams. Many FAD students have gone on to professional careers including cheerleading groups such as the Broncos Cheerleaders and QLD Firebirds, some have been selected for stage shows such as FAME and one former student was accepted into the Moulin Rouge, Paris. Many of our past Advanced Students have continued their dance career working professionally as Dance Instructors for both FAD and other Companies.

A class full of strut and style! Learn a combination of dance styles including Cabaret, Broadway and Latin performed in heeled shoes. Improve your performance skills and personal presentation. The 'showy' chorus line class is a great companion to the FAD Dance Program.
freestyle
The Ultimate combination offered to our Advanced students. Freestyle class offers routines in styles such as Hip Hop, Contemporary and Chorus Line to further challenge the talents of experienced dancers.
Dance COMPETITION class
Many of our locations offer Dance Competition Classes. FAD Competition Teams compete in Local, State, National and International Cheer Competitions. Competition classes are audition based, please contact your studio for more information.
Fitness and Dance Teams have shown that FAD is a force to be reckoned with on the Cheer and Dance Floor! FAD has won so far in 2011 57 First Places, 51 Second Places and 47 Third Places! DUSC International Champions for Highest Scoring Jazz Routine, Highest Scoring Hip Hop Routine, and Highest Scoring Dance Routine Overall. FAD is extremely proud of all our students’ achievements, Go FAD!
